NEIGHBORS

The house accommodates six apartments. Xaver lives on the first floor. He is over 80 years old and has lived in the house since 1961. Mario lives upstairs from him. He runs the Kommod restaurant in the city of Lucerne.

Lukas lives in the north wing on the 1st floor with a balcony. Above there are two apartments. Renato drives a white BWM and Remo will move in by July. Until then, his apartment will be available as an AirBnB.

Das Haus beherbergt sechs Wohnungen. Im 1. OG ist Xaver wohnhaft. Er ist über 80 Jahre alt und lebt seit 1961 im Haus. Oberhalb von ihm wohnt Mario. Er führt das Restaurant Kommod in Luzern.

Im Nordflügel wohnt Lukas im 1. OG mit Balkon. Im 2. Stock sind zwei Wohnungen. Renato fährt einen weissen BWW und Remo wird im Juli einziehen. Bis dahin wird seine Wohnung als AirBnB zur Verfügung stehen.
