The old building apartment is suitable for a single person. The rooms are in very good condition. Heating is provided by a tiled stove, which is to be operated by the tenant. The non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without balcony). On the ground floor is the common room (sports bar) which is available to all residents. There is also a pergola seating area with barbecue directly on the banks of the Reuss.
